The C-Circle National School Debate is a premier youth engagement platform dedicated to fostering critical thinking, articulate expression, and confident leadership among secondary school students across Nigeria. Organized by the C-Circle Foundation for Sustainable Environment and Health, the debate brings together young minds to explore pressing national and global issues, encouraging informed dialogue, innovative solutions, and civic responsibility.

Through structured competition and mentorship, the C-Circle National School Debate empowers students to sharpen their research capabilities, enhance public speaking skills, and build collaborative networks that extend beyond the competition hall. A Partnership that works
The collaboration between the C-Circle Foundation for Sustainable Environment and Health, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and the Ministry of Education represents a strategic alliance focused on youth empowerment, safety awareness, and educational excellence in Nigeria.
Under this partnership, C-Circle and the FRSC work together to integrate critical road safety education into student engagement platforms—most notably through the C-Circle National School Debate. This collaboration amplifies the reach of life-saving road safety messaging, equipping young Nigerians with the knowledge, skills, and advocacy competence to promote safer communities. The FRSC’s technical expertise and mandate for national safety provide a strong foundation for structured debate topics, training sessions, and outreach initiatives that deepen student comprehension of responsible citizenship and public safety.
Simultaneously, the Ministry of Education lends institutional support and policy alignment to ensure that the debate program and related activities align with national educational goals. By facilitating access to schools, endorsing program frameworks, and encouraging broad participation, the Ministry plays a key role in embedding the partnership within Nigeria’s formal education ecosystem.
